I am Stephen Garvey, an undergraduate student at The George Washington University studying Political Science.  For many years, studying history has been a passion of mine, particularly American History.  When I decided to create an exhibit on The Manhattan Project, I felt this was a chapter of our history that was not only relevant in the 1940s but has in many ways defined U.S. foreign policy since the conclusion of World War II.  It is my hope that you will gain some useful knowledge on nuclear weapons and how we got to where we are today.
